Civilization is a YouTube channel dedicated to strategy games. Run and maintained by the Yogscast, it was created on September 26, 2014 but the channel was never fully promoted as a Yogscast channel until October 14, 2014.
Civilization was initially set up to host videos of Civilization V as the gameplays were originally uploaded to the Yogscast Main channel and Duncan's channel. Also, since it was on Duncan's channel, there was an expectation for him to be in every series which thanks to the creation of the channel is no longer the case. The channel has now expanded to cover other strategy games such as Anno and Northgard.
Currently the Civilization channel has 280K subscribers and almost 115M views on YouTube.
